Mysteries of Sorrow (tuesday and friday)
1. Jesus' agony in Gethsemane
And they came to a place which was named Gethsemane: and he saith to his disciples: "Sit ye here, while I shall pray. And he taketh with him Peter and James and John, and began to be sore amazed, and to be very heavy; and saith unto them: "My soul is exceeding sorrowful unto death: tarry ye here, and watch. And went forward a little, and prayed that, if it were possible, the hour might pass from him. And he said: " Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt.
And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground

Dear Jesus on the Cross (...) Oh Jesus!... You who are so good, and who see that we commit many sins, forgive us and make us come to Heaven with You one day. O Jesus!... You who suffered so much for us, but I want to make up for all these sins people commit against You.
LET'S PRAY
O God, who in Your mysterious design of salvation wanted to continue Your Son's Passion in the wounded limbs of His body, that is the Church, let us learn, joint to Our Lady of Sorrows at the feet of the Cross, to recognize and serve with caring love the suffering Christ in our brothers.
2. Jesus' Scourging
When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying: "I'm innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it". Then answered all the people, and said: " his blood be on us, and on our children". Then released he Barabbas unto them: and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified.
(Mt 27, 24-26)

Dear Scourged Jesus, dear Jesus who suffered so much during the scourging for us O Jesus You didn't deserve to suffer and I admit all my sins and I ask you to forgive me. Dear Jesus it's true that we've been very bad and I ask You to forgive all my sins and all those of the others and You who are so good forgive them and make them come to Heaven. Dear Jesus You suffered a lot during the scourging, patiently, and I want to learn that if someone gives me a slap or teases me I don't have to give it back but I have to be kind for Your sake.
LET'S PRAY
O God, who to redeem the human race, seduced by the deceptions of evil, associated Our Lady of Sorrows to the Passion of Your Son, make all Adam's breed, restored from the devastating effects of sin, take part in the renewed creation in Christ the Redeemer.
3. The Crowning with Thorns
And the soldiers led him away into the hall, called Praetorium; and they call together the whole band. And they clothed him with purple, and platted a crown of thorns, and put it about his head, and began to salute him: " Hail, King of the Jews!". And they smote him on the head with a reed, and did spit upon him, and bowing their knees worshipped him. And when they had mocked him, they took off the purple from him, and put his own clothes on him, and led him out to crucify him.
(Mc 15, 17-20)

Dear Jesus on the Crucifix, I know that you suffered a lot on the Cross and I promise I'll do many sacrifices to make up for the sins that made You suffer so much.
LET'S PRAY
O God, who wanted the Virgin Mary next to Your son, joined in an only martyrdom, make the Christian people experiment the fruits of redemption more and more after having accepted this sign of Your love.
4. The Way of the Cross
When Pilate brought Jesus forth, and sat down in the judgment seat in a place that is called the Pavement, but in the Hebrew, Gabbatha. And it was the preparation of the Passover, and about the sixth hour: and he saith unto the Jews: "Behold your king". But they cried out: "Away with him, away with him, crucify him". Pilate saith unto them: "Shall I crucify your King?". The chief priests answered: "We have no king but Caesar". Then delivered he him therefore unto them to be crucified.
And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha: where they crucified him, and two other with him, on either side one, and Jesus in the midst. And Pilate wrote a title, and put it on the cross. And the writing was: "Jesus of Nazareth the King of the Jews".

LET'S PRAY
O God, who in the precious blood of Your son reconciled the world to You, and at the feet of the cross established the Virgin Mary reconciler of sinners, for her merits and her prayers, grant us the forgiveness of sins and a renewed experience of Your love.
5. Crucifixion and death of Jesus
Now there stood by the cross of Jesus his mother, and his mother's sister, Mary of Cleophas and Mary Magdalene. When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother: "Woman, behold thy son!". Then saith he to the disciple: "Behold thy mother!" and from that hour, that disciple took her unto his own home.
After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith: "I thirst". Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar: and they filled a sponge with vinegar, and put it upon hyssop, and put it to his mouth. When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said: "It is finished!". And he bowed his head, and gave up the gost.
